If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our platform or any of its services.
1. About Houselia
Houselia is an online real estate technology platform operated by Houselia Technologies that enables users to buy, sell, rent, lease, and advertise properties, including residential, commercial, and other real estate assets.
The platform also facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, builders, developers, brokers, property dealers, and other real estate service providers. Houselia acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not function as a real estate broker, agent, property owner, legal advisor, financial advisor, lender, or developer. All property listings and transactions are conducted directly between users, and Houselia is not a party to any agreement or transaction between them.
2. Eligibility
To use Houselia, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and usage.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations while using the platform.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
- Keeping login credentials, passwords, and verification details secure and confidential
- Ensuring account information remains accurate, complete, and up to date
- Promptly updating any changes to personal or contact information
- Taking responsibility for all actions performed through their account
Any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, including failure to secure login credentials, shall be the sole responsibility of the user. Houselia Technologies shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such unauthorized access.
4. Property Listings
Users may post listings for residential, commercial, rental, resale, land, plots, villas, apartments, offices, shops, warehouses, and other real estate properties on the platform.
By posting a listing, users agree that:
- All information provided in the listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading
- The property details, including availability, pricing, and specifications, are genuine
- All images, videos, or media used in the listing are owned by the user or used with proper authorization
- The user has full authority or legal right to advertise and list the property
Houselia Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any property listing at any time without prior notice if it violates these Terms or is found to be misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate.
5. Prohibited Content
Users must not post or upload any false, misleading, illegal, or unauthorized content, including fake or duplicate property listings, fraudulent information, misleading advertisements, copyrighted material without permission, obscene or offensive content, spam, malicious links, or false ownership claims. Houselia reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action against violating accounts.
6. Lead Generation Services
Lead generation services may connect users with potential buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, builders, brokers, or agents. Lead quality and accuracy may vary, and no guarantee is provided regarding lead conversion, property sales, rental agreements, or any business outcome.
7. User Verification
Users are responsible for verifying property ownership, legal documents, builder credentials, identities of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, as well as property approvals and rental agreements. Independent verification of every listing or user is not guaranteed.
8. Payments
Paid services may include Premium Listings, Featured Listings, Banner Advertisements, Promotional Packages, Subscription Plans, and Lead Packages. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and other charges.
9. No Involvement in Property Transactions
Users are solely responsible for all property negotiations, agreements, payments, registrations, rentals, leases, and transfers. Any transactions are conducted at the user's own risk, and no responsibility is accepted for property, ownership, land, rental, or payment disputes, legal issues, construction delays, builder defaults, or project cancellations.
10. Fraud Warning
Users must independently verify all property details, ownership documents, approvals, identities, and payment information before making any payments, deposits, booking amounts, signing agreements, purchasing, renting, or leasing any property. Houselia Technologies acts only as a platform to connect users and is not responsible for any fraud, scam, forged documents, impersonation, misrepresentation, payment loss, property dispute, ownership claim, financial loss, or any transaction conducted between users. All dealings and transactions are carried out entirely at the user's own risk.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
Accounts, listings, advertisements, subscriptions, or services may be suspended, restricted, disabled, or permanently terminated without prior notice if a user posts fake or misleading content, submits fraudulent information, generates fake leads, sends spam, violates applicable laws or platform policies, attempts unauthorized access, uses bots or scraping tools, misuses user information, or engages in any activity that harms the platform, its users, or Houselia Technologies.
12. No Refund After Suspension
In case of account suspension, restriction, or permanent termination due to policy violations, no refunds shall be provided for any subscription fees, advertising fees, promotional packages, or lead packages. All active services will be immediately cancelled upon such action.
13. No Account Recovery
If an account is permanently terminated due to spam, fraud, abuse, or violation of policies, no obligation shall exist to restore the account, recover data, reinstate listings, reactivate subscriptions, or transfer account ownership. The decision of Houselia Technologies shall be final and binding.
14. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including logos, design, software, features, branding, and website content, is owned by Houselia Technologies and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any platform content without prior written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houselia Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or business losses, data loss, property or user disputes, fraudulent activities, or service interruptions arising from the use of the platform.
16. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Houselia Technologies.
